Grounded in Culture is a mental health private practice offering psychotherapy, psycho-education, life coaching and consulting services. We specialize in providing mental health services to Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC) and other vulnerable populations.
We provide a non-judgement and safe space where one can truly be themselves. We strive to cultivate mental health and well-being by using holistic, person-centered, strengths-based, solution-focused and trauma-informed approaches while acknowledging any racial, cultural, and/or community identities.
FOUNDER OF GROUNDED IN CULTURE
Torey Andrews, is currently a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Torey is the founder of Grounded in Culture PLLC, a mental health practice providing psychotherapy, psycho-education, life coaching and consulting services.
She utilizes person-centered, strengths-based, solution-focused and trauma informed approaches to provide a therapeutic environment that focuses on grounding the mind, body and soul.
